• MSME UDYAM CERTIFICATE : In case of Manufacturer Exporters, kindly submit a COPY OF self attested valid MSME UDYAM CERTIFICATE.
• SELF DECLARATION OF MANUFACTURER : a Self Declaration to be given on COMPANY letter head stating that “M/s….......... is hereby declare that the product mentioned in MSME UDYAM CERTIFICATE includes handicrafts products (please give handicrafts products name ) ……………………& NIC No...(given in MSME)” with signature and stamp.
• GST CERTIFICATE : Kindly submit a copy of GST Certificate
• FINANCIAL SOUNDNESS CERTIFICATE : Financial Soundness from bank of the firm ( as per the bank name mentioned in IEC) about the financial soundness from bank that the firm maintaining current account with the bank for transactions. - Download
